 The Penthouse rents out for $500/hour- Saturday evening rental requires 4 hour minimum
- Tables/chairs must be purchased through rental company
- 150 guest maximum
- Beer, wine and champagne must be purchased through rental facility. Liquor may be brought in, but must be served by TABC licensed bartenders
- Facility furniture can be removed for an additional $150
- 1 security guard/75 guests must be provided
- Events must conclude by midnight, with music concluding by 11 p.m.
- Rooftop patio = 2,500 sq ft
- Indoor space = 1,570 sq ft
