What does the facility fee include?
The facility fee at The Penthouse only includes the space. Tables, chairs, linens, etc are all additional costs. We have a list of vendors who are familiar with the space and will be happy to assist you.

Do you have an exclusive caterer?
We do not have an exclusive caterer; however we do have a list of preferred caterers that we recommend. You are always welcome to use any caterer.

Do I need to have security?
We ask that you provide one security guard for every 75 guests.

Where is the best place for our guests to park?
There are several surface lots and parking garages within walking distance of The Penthouse. We will be more than happy to provide you with a list of lots.

Is there a plan for inclement weather?
The indoor space at The Penthouse is around 1,600 square feet, which can accommodate around 75 people. Tent options are available.

Do I need to hire a bartender?
Bartenders must be TABC certified, your caterer should be able to recommend someone.
